Morning links: Gordon Hayward on NBA’s most wanted; don’t fight Kalani Sitake or Kyle Whittingham

Matt Moore of CBS Sports ranked the most wanted targets in the NBA via trade, free agency or the draft, and both Gordon Hayward and George Hill made the list.

Moore had Hayward at No. 4, saying, “Hayward was a player people scoffed at getting a max deal the last time he was up in restricted free agency. Now he’s the belle of the free agency ball. He is a gifted scorer who can make plays for others, rebound and defend at a high-level.”

As for Hill, Moore had him at No. 26, saying, “Would be in the top-15, but he’s a free agent who is over 30, coming off his worst injury season of his career, looking for something close to a max deal.”

Paul George was at the top of the list, followed by Markelle Fultz and Jimmy Butler.

You shouldn’t fight Kalani Sitake or Kyle Whittingham

Jason Kirk of SB Nation looked at the one coach in each FBS conference (and independents) who you definitely shouldn’t fight, and both Kalani Sitake and Kyle Whittingham made the list.

Speaking of the independents, Kirk had Sitake winning out over Notre Dame coach Brian Kelly, saying, “Notre Dame’s Brian Kelly is a combustible device, but BYU’s Kalani Sitake played fullback and is shaped like a brick.”
