The season of ups and downs has continued for the NBA and D-League players with local ties. While Damian Lillard and Jakob Poeltl have performed well lately, others have seen their minutes diminish. We have also seen two others return to the floor, as Kyle Collinsworth came back from injury and Ronnie Price joined the Suns while Andrew Bogut saw his season come to an end with a broken leg.

Here is a look at how the players with local ties have performed in the NBA and D-League recently.

David Foster, Utah, Los Angeles D-Fenders

Foster has been a remarkably consistent rim protector for the D-Fenders’ second unit. His best recent showing came in a 101-97 win over the Iowa Energy when he finished with nine points on a perfect 4 for 4 shooting from the floor and 1 for 1 from the free-throw line. He added four rebounds and three blocks in 14 minutes.

In 28 games, he is averaging 2.6 points on 50 percent shooting with 3.0 rebounds and 1.5 blocks in 11.1 minutes.

Delon Wright, Utah, Toronto Raptors

Wright has become a valued piece off the Raptors’ bench since returning to the lineup. His best game of late came in 104-89 loss to the Miami Heat when he totaled 13 points on 5 for 8 shooting from the floor and 3 for 3 from the foul line. He added three rebounds, three assists and three steals in 25:11.

In 15 games with the Raptors, he is averaging 5.9 points on 40.6 percent shooting with 1.8 rebounds and 1.6 assists in 16.8 minutes.

In five games in the D-League, he averaged 12.6 points on 51.2 percent shooting from inside the arc to go along with 5.2 assists, 2.8 rebounds, 1.8 steals and 1.6 blocks in 29.6 minutes.

Jakob Poeltl, Utah, Toronto Raptors
