While most of the news has shifted to what is happening on the gridiron, there was some new information and speculation off the field on Wednesday.
As outlined by ESPN’s Jake Trotter, Oklahoma president David Boren had a lot of things to say on the expansion topic, and very little of it was positive.
Boren put more doubt about if expansion will actually happen, saying, “I would just caution you and say, I would not take expansion as a given. I’m not saying there won’t be expansion. But I’m not saying it can be automatically assumed that there will be expansion.”
