Brandon Davies didn’t find as much success or as many minutes as game one, but the result for the 76ers was the same as they fell 93-81 to the Milwaukee Bucks on Friday night.
The Bucks were led by O.J. Mayo who finished with 25 points on 5-of-7 shooting behind the arc. Milwaukee also got solid contributions from Jabari Parker, Brandon Knight and Larry Sanders. Parker finished with 11 points and 10 rebounds, Knight totaled 13 points, eight assists, seven rebounds and two steals while Sanders totaled eight points, 15 boards and four blocks.
Philadelphia was led by Nerlens Noel and Tony Wroten. Noel registered 14 points, 10 rebounds, three blocks and two assists while Wroten tallied 14 points, six assists, three rebounds and three steals. Hollis Thompson chipped in with 15 points while K.J. McDaniels added 12 points in 14 minutes.
Davies went scoreless on 0-for-2 from the field in five minutes of action, but did manage a rebound and a steal.
Up next for Davies and the Sixers is a matchup with the Miami Heat on Saturday.
