The Cougar NBA tracker: Brandon Davies, game 52

Even though Philadelphia traveled all the way to Los Angeles to face the Clippers, they didn’t show up to play.  Los Angeles out scored the 76ers 46-15 in the first quarter on their way to a 123-78 beat down on Sunday night.

Blake Griffin led the way for the Clippers with 26 points on 11 of 14 shooting as well as 11 rebounds and six assists in just over 24 minutes of play.  They also got huge contributions from DeAndre Jordan and Jamal Crawford in the win.  Jordan tallied 20 rebounds and four blocks to go along with 10 points while Crawford chipping in with 21 points.

Tony Wroten led the way for the 76ers with 21 points on 7 of 11 shooting from the floor to go along with three steals.  The only real bright spot in the Philadelphia starting line up on the night was Thaddeus Young who finished with 15 points and 11 rebounds.

Brandon Davies is still sidelined after having surgery to repair his injured finger.

Philadelphia is back on the floor on Monday night as they face Steph Curry and the Golden State Warriors.
