The Cougar NBA tracker: Brandon Davies, game 51

Behind an incredibly balanced performance, the undermanned Lakers went into Philadelphia and came back from an early deficit to beat the 76ers 112-98 on Friday night.

Steve Nash led the way with 19 points as six Lakers scored at least 14 points in the road victory.  Wesley Johnson finished with 17 points, five steals and three blocks while Chris Kaman also finished with 17 points to go along with eight boards and three blocks.  Ryan Kelly added 15 points and eight rebounds while Steve Blake and Jordan Hill chipped in with 14 points a piece.  Los Angeles also got a solid effort from Kendall Marshall off the bench who totaled seven points and 10 assists.

Tony Wroten put up 16 points off the bench to led seven Sixers in double figures. Spencer Hawes added 15 points and 11 rebounds while Evan Turner contributed 15 points, seven rebounds, three assists and two steals.  Philadelphia also got solid all-around outings from Michael Carter-Williams and Lavoy Allen even though both shot the ball poorly.  Carter-Williams registered 10 points, seven assists and six rebounds while Allen tallied 10 points, nine rebounds, three assists and a pair of steals.

Brandon Davies is still sidelined with an injured finger.

The 76ers are back in action on Sunday night as they travel to Los Angeles to take on the Clippers.
