The Sixers got crushed by the Spurs on Monday night as Brandon Davies saw nearly 15 minutes of action.

The Philadelphia 76ers were back in action at home against San Antonio and the Spurs proved why they are still one of the best teams in the NBA.  The Spurs got out to a huge lead early and left Philadelphia with a 109-85 victory.

Because of the blowout, Davies saw plenty of floor time and scored four points on 2-for-4 shooting.  Davies rounded out his stat line with two rebounds, one assist and a block.

Davies seems to be getting more comfortable with every game he gets minutes, and should continue to improve as the year goes on.

The 76ers will be back on the floor on Wednesday night as the Houston Rockets come to town.
