Bad break for USC gives Utes better opportunity to win tomorrow

Some news came out earlier tonight that will put a smile on the face of every Utah Ute football fan and give the Utes a much better chance of coming away with a road victory.

USC Trojans wide receiver Marqise Lee has been ruled out of tomorrow’s matchup between them and the Utes.  Lee who is widely considered one of the best wide receivers in the country has been struggling with a knee injury.

As thin as the Trojan wide receiving core is, the loss of Lee will be huge.  The Utes have had a tough time for most of the season covering elite wide receivers so not having to play one of the best in the NCAA will make a massive difference.

Quarterback Cody Kessler will really have to rely on the Trojans other impressive wide out Nelson Agholor (if he is able to play) for USC to have any chance of having success in the passing game against the Utes defense.
