BYU has been making great strides in recruiting since Kalani Sitake took over at BYU, especially when it comes to returned missionaries.
Sitake struck gold again as former East High School linebacker Christian Folau committed to join the Cougars since returning home from his mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
Folau made the announcement on Twitter, with a picture next to Sitake, with the caption, “I’m BACK…and in BLUE! #GoCougs”

Folau, who was the No. 8 ranked middle linebacker in the country in 2015 by Scout.com, originally committed to play for Gary Andersen at Oregon State. During the time of his commitment to the Beavers, he held offers from Wisconsin, Oklahoma State, Oregon Stanford and Utah, according to ESPN.
