Behind a great shooting night from Mike Dunleavy and a near triple-double from Joakim Noah the Chicago Bulls knocked off the Orlando Magic 108-95 on Monday night.
Dunleavy finished with 22 points on 8-of-11 shooting to go along with five assists while Noah registered 18 points, 10 rebounds, eight assists and two steals. Carlos Boozer added 13 points, 12 rebounds and five assists while Tony Snell and Jimmy Butler chipped in with 13 and 12 points respectively.
Kyle O’Quinn led the Magic with 20 points on 9-of-11 shooting and seven rebounds. Andrew Nicholson added 19 points on 8-of-9 shooting while Ronnie Price registered six points and 11 assists off the bench.
After playing 25 minutes in seven appearances and scoring 15 points since signing with the Bulls, Jimmer played a season-high 30:35 on Monday night in place of D.J Augustin. In that time, Fredette finished with 17 points on 7-of-14 shooting from the floor and 2-of-2 from the free-throw line. He also added three rebounds and two assists in the Bulls win.
Chicago is back in action on Wednesday as they end the regular season on the road against the Charlotte Bobcats.
