Al Jefferson led seven Bobcats in double-figures as Charlotte outlasted the Philadelphia 76ers 111-105 on Saturday night. Jefferson finished with 29 points on 13-of-19 shooting from the floor as well as a team-leading 12 rebounds and a pair of blocks. Gerald Henderson added 14 points while Luke Ridnour, Cody Zeller and Chris Douglas-Roberts each chipped in with 12 points a piece.
Michael Carter-Williams paced the 76ers with 23 points on 7-of-11 shooting to go along with seven rebounds and eight assists. Thaddeus Young registered 16 points while Henry Sims added 15 points and six rebounds. Philadelphia also got a solid effort from Byron Mullens who Totaled 13 points and seven rebounds off the bench.
Brandon Davies fouled out in 12:13 on the floor. He went scoreless on 0-of-4 shooting but did manage three rebounds, two assists and a steal.
Philadelphia is back at home on Monday night when the Boston Celtics come to town.
