The Cougar NBA tracker: Jimmer Fredette, game 72

Behind the strength of a very balanced attack, the Portland Trail Blazers beat the Chicago Bulls 91-74 on Friday night.  Mo Williams led the way for Portland with 18 points off the bench.  The Trail Blazers also got double figure scoring efforts from Damian Lillard with 16, Nicolas Batum with 13, Robin Lopez with 13, Wesley Matthews with 11 and Thomas Robinson with 10.

The Bulls Had three players finish with double-doubles in the loss.  Carlos Boozer Led the way with 16 points and 12 rebounds, while Taj Gibson tallied 13 points and 10 boards off the bench.  Joakim Noah was the other Chicago player to accomplish the feat with 11 points and 10 rebounds to go along with six assists and a pair of steals.  D.J. Augustin chipped in with 17 points and seven assists.

Jimmer played 3:56 seconds in the loss and totaled three points on 1-of-2 shooting from behind the arc.

The Bulls are back on the floor on Sunday night when they travel to Boston to take on the Celtics.
