Behind a great all-around effort from Joakim Noah and some great defense by Jimmy Butler the Chicago Bulls outlasted the Miami Heat 95-88 on Sunday afternoon. Noah finished with 20 points on 9-of-16 shooting to go along with 12 rebounds, seven assists and five blocked shots while Butler Helped to limit LeBron James to 17 points on 8-of-23 shooting. Butler also provided 16 points, 11 rebounds and four steals in nearly 48 minutes of play. The Bulls also got a solid performance from D.J. Augustin who tallied 22 points on 8-of-13 shooting from the floor.
Dwyane Wade led the way for the Heat with 25 points on 7-of-16 shooting from the field to go along with five rebounds, four assists ans a pair of steals. James added nine rebounds, eight assists and three steals to go along with his 17 points while Chris Anderson grabbed 13 rebounds and blocked six shots.
Jimmer did not play for the third consecutive game and appears to be a complete after thought in the Chicago rotation at this point in time.
