Behind a monster night from Kevin Durant the Thunder beat up the Kings 108-93 on Sunday afternoon.
Durant scored 30 points on 10-of-15 shooting from the field and 3-of-5 shooting from the 3-point range. He also added nine assists, six rebounds, four steals and two blocked shots in the win. Serge Ibaka also had a big night for Oklahoma City with 20 points on 9-of-13 shooting as well as six rebounds and two blocks.
Four other Thunder players finished with double figures in the victory including Reggie Jackson who put up 16 points to go along with five rebounds and four assists.
The Kings were led by Isaiah Thomas in the loss. He put up 38 points on 11-of-18 shooting including 4-of-8 from 3-point range and 12 of 13 from the Free-throw line.
DeMarcus Cousins put up another double-double for Sacramento with 16 points and 14 rebounds even though he made just 6-of-17 shots and turned the ball over seven times.
The Kings other main weapon, Rudy Gay attempted just seven shots and finished with six points, four assists and two rebounds. The only other player for the Kings in double figures was Jason Thompson who finished with 11 points as well as ten rebounds and two blocked shots.
Jimmer played 8:54 in the loss and went scoreless on 0-for-3 shooting. After playing well over the last few weeks Jimmer has seen his minutes dwindle in the last three contests. Only time will tell if that will change any time soon.
Sacramento is back on the floor on Tuesday night When they travel to New Orleans to take on the Pelicans.
