The Cougar NBA tracker: Brandon Davies, game 77

Deron Williams led six Nets in double figures as Brooklyn held on to beat the 76ers 105-101 on Saturday night. Williams finished 19 points on 6-of-11 shooting to go along with nine assists and four rebounds.  Mason Plumlee added 16 points and seven rebounds of the bench in the win.

Thaddeus Young led the way for Philadelphia with 20 points while Hollis Thompson registered 18 points. The Sixers got double-doubles from Michael Carter-Williams with 12 points and 11 assists while Henry Sims finished with 11 points and 11 boards.

Brandon Davies played 9:59 in the loss and ended up with two points and two rebounds.

Philadelphia is back on the floor on Wednesday when they travel to Toronto to battle the division leading Raptors.
