The Cougar NBA tracker: Brandon Davies, game 21

Brandon Davis played more than a third of the game , but the Shorthanded 76ers fell at home on Saturday night 103 to 92.

Even without starting point guard Ty Lawson, the Denver Nuggets still got plenty of production from the point guard spot as Nate Robinson came off the bench to lead the team in scoring with 20 points.

Andre Miller started in place of  Lawson and scored eight points, handed out seven assists and grabbed four rebounds.

Four other Nuggets’ scored in double-figures as Denver Improved to 12-8 on the season.

Tony Wroten led the Philadelphia in scoring for the second time in as many nights who were still playing without Michael Carter-Williams.  He finished the night with 20 points on 10-of-20 shooting as well as grabbing five rebounds.

Three other Sixers’ starters scored in double-figures but it was enough as Philadelphia fell to 7-14 on the season.

In the loss, Brandon Davies played 16 minutes and 29 seconds but  attempted just one shot, which he missed.  He ended the night with one point thanks to one made free throw to go along with a rebound and an assist.

Philadelphia will be back at home on Monday night to take on the 13-7 Los Angeles Clippers.
