Fredette got his fourth DNP as the Kings fell to the ultimate reclamation project that is the Los Angeles Lakers 106-100.
Sacramento had DeMarcus Cousins back in the lineup on Friday night but they still lost to the Kobe-less Lakers.
The Lakers had six players score in double figures led by Pau Gasol and Jodie Meeks with 19 a piece. They also got a double-double from Steve Blake who finished the night with 13 points and ten assists.
The Kings were led in scoring by Cousins and rookie Ben McLemore who each finished with 20 points.
With the DNP, Jimmer has appeared in just six of the Kings’ 17 games this year. It doesn’t appear as if regular minutes are in the cards the rest of the way this season.
The Kings will be back on the floor tomorrow night as they travel to Salt Lake City to take on the Utah Jazz.
