
The Kings lost In overtime as Jimmer was relegated to the bench once again.
Sacramento was at home on Friday night with their newest acquisition in the lineup but couldn’t overcome the Clippers even with the services of Chris Paul.
Jamal Crawford led the way for the clippers off the bench in a 104-98 victory. He registered 31 points, 11 assists and seven rebounds while shooting over 50 percent from the floor.
Two other Clippers finished with double-doubles to push them over the top. Blake Griffin tallied 21 points and 12 rebounds while DeAndre Jordan just missed out on a triple double. He finished with 10 points, 15 rebounds and nine blocks.
The Kings were led by DeMarcus Cousins who finished with 25 points, nine rebounds, six assists and three blocks.
Derrick Williams made his Kings debut and finished with 12 points, six rebounds and four assists in 32 minutes of play.
Marcus Thornton also got minutes for the first time in a while. With Thornton back on the floor, Fredette found his way back to the bench. He got another of what will be many DNP’s this season.
The Kings will be back on the floor on Sunday as they take on the Golden State Warriors.
