The Cougar NBA tracker: Jimmer Fredette, game 11

Jimmer Fredette has his best game of the season as the Kings won for the second night in a row.

Sacramento was in Phoenix on Wednesday night and beat the Suns for the second time in as many days by a score of 113-106.

Isaiah Thomas led the way for the Kings with 23 points and four assists while DeMarcus Cousins finished with 19 points and 12 rebounds.

The Suns were led by Goran Dragic who finished with 31 points and five assists as well as Gerald Green with 23 points on the strength of 6-for-8 shooting from three-point range.

Jimmer played 17:20 and made both of his three’s on his way to eight points to go along with two rebounds, two assists and a steal.

Hopefully his solid performance tonight will lead to more regular minutes for Fredette, but that is far from guaranteed at this point.

The Kings will be back in action on Saturday as they take on the Clippers in Los Angeles.
