The Sixers lost at home on Wednesday night to the visiting Raptors as Brandon Davies played more than ten minutes again.
After a hot start to the season the 76ers have lost eight of their last ten games to fall three games below .500.
The Raptors were led by DeMar DeRozan who finished the game with 33 points and Rudy Gay who ended up with 18 points, eight rebounds, eight assists and two blocks. Toronto also got a nice contribution from Kyle Lowry. Lowry struggled with his shot but managed to score 13 points to go along with ten assists and three steals.
Spencer Hawes led the way for Philadelphia in a losing effort with 28 points on 10-of-13 shooting and ten rebounds. Michael Carter-Williams was back in the lineup but made just 2-of -10 shots and ended up with ten points, six rebounds, six assists and two blocks.
Davies had one of his slower nights in recent weeks scoring only one point while collecting three rebounds and three fouls.
The Sixers are back on the floor on Friday night as the Milwaukee Bucks come to town.
